We offer a no hassle 2-week return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are long term food and water storage containers may not be returned. Our policy is items that will be ingested, or used to contain those items, should be owned only once, and not sold-returned-refurbed. All returns after 2 weeks must be handled directly by a manufacturer.

No. Currently we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront or physical retail location. Our business model and pricing structures were designed for online sales.
