How are shipping charges calculated? How long will delivery take?

We use the official shipping calculators provided by UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to calculate the most cost-efficient shipping methods. We may split up product shipping to get products to you as quickly and cheaply as possible. Typically all orders placed before 5pm EDT will be processed same day, and shipped the following.

What are accepted payment methods?

Currently, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club). If you would like to place an order and pay with a different method please contact us using the form.

Is shopping online secure? Is my data protected?

Doomsday Prep's CEO was formerly a web developer and programmer, he played a vital role in establishing our online frameworks and payment processing to ensure the security was front and center of our process. Doomsday Prep has installed 128-bit encryption SSL certificates We are also 100% PCI compliant. Read more on all of the rigorous requirements for PCI compliance here. We ask that vendors and manufacturers to please read our vendor information page to learn more about this process.

What is your return policy?

We offer a no hassle 2-week return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are items such as long term food or water storage containers cannot be returned. We'd like to think that items that will be ingested or used to contain those items should be owned only once, and not sold-returned-refurbed. All returns after 2 weeks must be handled directly by the manufacturer.

Do you have a brick & mortar storefront?

We do not currently have a brick & mortar storefront or physical retail location. Our business model and pricing structures were designed for online sales. Every 6 months we review our business model and business growth; part of this is to make a determination of opening a brick & mortar store. We will let you know when we make the leap/decision to open a physical retail location, until then enjoy the great prices and product selection found in our online shop!

Do you ship international?

We currently only ship standard orders to locations in the lower 48 continental U.S.A. If you have a particularly large order or special order, contact us and be very specific about items and quantities and we will make a one-off determination of shipment viability!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Doomsday Prep is an end-point retailer. We are not legally structured to offer wholesale or tax-exempt pricing. We can offer bulk discounts; if you have a particularly large order use the form below to get in touch.
