We offer a no hassle 2-week return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are long term food and water storage containers may not be returned. Our policy is items that will be ingested, or used to contain those items, should be owned only once, and not sold-returned-refurbed. All returns after 2 weeks must be handled directly by a manufacturer.

No. Currently we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront or physical retail location. Our business model and pricing structures were designed for online sales. We will announce when we make the leap/decision to open a physical retail location, until then, enjoy the great prices and product selection found in our online shop!

No. We currently only ship standard orders to locations in the lower 48 continental U.S.A. If you have a particularly large order or special order, contact us and be very specific about items, quantities, and specific address and we will make a one-off determination for the order viability!
