Description

How to use:

Assemble the stove
Place StableHeat Fuel Cell in the stove and remove the lid
Separate the wicks
Light the wicks with a match or lighter
Enjoy cooking
To put out the flame, simply cover the wicks with the lid

How are shipping charges calculated? How long will delivery take?

To offer the most cost-efficient shipping method we utilize USPS' official calculator API. Orders may be split into multiple packages to get products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typically all orders placed before 5pm EDT will be processed same day, and shipped the following.

What are accepted payment methods?

What is your return policy?

We offer a no hassle 2-week return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are long term food and water storage containers may not be returned. Our policy is items that will be ingested, or used to contain those items, should be owned only once, and not sold-returned-refurbed. All returns after 2 weeks must be handled directly by a manufacturer.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar storefront?

No. Currently we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront or physical retail location. Our business model and pricing structures were designed for online sales. We will announce when we make the leap/decision to open a physical retail location, until then, enjoy the great prices and product selection found in our online shop!

Do you ship international?

No. We currently only ship standard orders to locations in the lower 48 continental U.S.A. If you have a particularly large order or special order, contact us and be very specific about items, quantities, and specific address and we will make a one-off determination for the order viability!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
