How are shipping charges calculated? How long will delivery take?
To offer the most cost-efficient shipping method we utilize USPS' official calculator API. Orders may be split into multiple packages to get products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typically all orders placed before 5pm EDT will be processed same day, and shipped the following.
What are accepted payment methods?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club). If you would like to place an order and pay with a different method please contact us using the form.
Is shopping online secure? Is my data protected?
Doomsday Prep's CEO was formerly a web developer and programmer, he played a vital role in establishing our online frameworks and payment processing to ensure the security was front and center of our process. Doomsday Prep has installed 256-bit encryption SSL certificates. We are also 100% PCI compliant; none of your financial data is stored on our servers. What is your return policy?
We offer a no hassle 2-week return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are long term food and water storage containers may not be returned. Our policy is items that will be ingested, or used to contain those items, should be owned only once, and not sold-returned-refurbed. All returns after 2 weeks must be handled directly by a manufacturer.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar storefront?
No. Currently we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront or physical retail location. Our business model and pricing structures were designed for online sales. We will announce when we make the leap/decision to open a physical retail location, until then, enjoy the great prices and product selection found in our online shop!
Do you ship international?
No. We currently only ship standard orders to locations in the lower 48 continental U.S.A. If you have a particularly large order or special order, contact us and be very specific about items, quantities, and specific address and we will make a one-off determination for the order viability!
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. Doomsday Prep is an end-point retailer of prepping supplies and gear. We are not legally structured to offer wholesale or tax-exempt pricing. We can offer bulk discounts; if you have a particularly large order use the form below to get in touch.
